Thank you for choosing NutriDietFit. Our mission is to help you achieve sustainable health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling into any program.
NUTRIDIETFIT – CLIENT AGREEMENT & PROGRAM POLICIES
1. Personalized Nutrition
Every diet plan is personalized according to your medical condition, lifestyle, food preferences, and health goals. Diet plans will be revised during scheduled follow-ups based on your progress.
2. Client Commitment
Your success depends on your consistency. Following your meal plan, attending follow-up sessions, staying physically active, maintaining healthy sleep habits, and sharing regular progress updates are essential for achieving the best results.
3. Realistic Expectations
Every individual’s progress is different. The rate of fat loss and health improvement depends on factors such as age, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, thyroid disorders, menopause, insulin resistance, diabetes, medications, metabolism, stress, sleep quality, physical activity, and the presence of multiple medical conditions. Therefore, specific weight loss or health outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Focus on Fat Loss, Not Just Weight Loss
At NutriDietFit, our priority is improving body composition through fat loss rather than simply reducing body weight. We encourage clients to focus on inch loss, improved body measurements, better-fitting clothes, increased energy levels, improved laboratory reports, and overall health instead of relying only on the weighing scale.
5. Program Inclusions
3-Month Program: Includes an initial consultation and 6 personalized diet plans with scheduled revisions.
6-Month Program: Includes an initial consultation, 12 personalized diet plans with scheduled revisions, and one personalized maintenance diet plan upon successful completion of the program.
6. Maintenance Plan
A personalized maintenance diet plan is provided only after successful completion of the 6-month program. Maintenance plans are not included in shorter-duration programs.
7. Program Validity & Extension
Programs must be completed within the purchased duration. A maximum one-week extension will be granted only in cases of genuine illness or medical emergencies, provided prior communication is made. Extensions will not be granted for travel, vacations, work commitments, festivals, examinations, missed follow-ups, or personal reasons.
8. Follow-up Policy
Diet revisions are provided only during scheduled follow-up sessions according to your program. Delayed updates or missed appointments may delay revisions and will not extend the program duration.
9. Communication Policy
WhatsApp support is available during designated working hours only. Messages received outside working hours, on Sundays, or public holidays will be responded to on the next working day.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the consultation or diet planning process has started. Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
11. Medical Disclaimer
NutriDietFit provides evidence-based nutrition counselling and lifestyle guidance. Our services do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or prescribed medications. Clients should continue medical treatment under the guidance of their treating physician.
12. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, laboratory reports, pregnancy, and any changes in their health throughout the program.
13. Privacy & Copyright
All personal and medical information shared with NutriDietFit will remain confidential. Personalized meal plans, recipes, educational materials, and other resources are the intellectual property of NutriDietFit and are intended solely for the enrolled client. They must not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
14. Professional Conduct
NutriDietFit is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment. Abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without any refund.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a NutriDietFit program and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that your results depend on your commitment, consistency, and adherence to the program, and you agree to actively participate in your health journey.
